Toner Pad or Toner?

- One thing about the product is the kind of sticky feeling after applying but it easily penetrates the skin.
- For the longest I've been using the product it gives off as maintenance but does not really targets the calming down of blemishes instantly 
- my pores are small but I tend to breakout bigger ones after I don't really know if it really helps my skin repair my skin barrier

I'm a constant user of this serum finished 3 bottles already and in my 4th bottle ATM..
- It does hydrate the skin
- one of my basic serum due to the affordable price range
