When the Picky team picks a new batch of people to be part of the Picky Squad/ Super Picky Squad. Does it mean some of us will lose our badge?

I feel like I have to change up my routine and take a break from using certain products every few months. It stops me from repurchasing certain products too many times but it does allow me to discover new brands and options! For example when I started using the Purito Unscented Centella Serum it was amazing! I’ve been planning to buy it again as it became an HG product for me, but now that I only have a few pumps left it the bottle I feel like it’s not as amazing as it used to be. It’s not expired or anything.

Do you ever have products that suddenly don’t work really well on your skin?

Of course I’ve read that shipping may take up to 6 weeks but I’m just curious about the actual average time it took for most people.

Feels a little sticky as it dries but its not too much of an issue as it is layered under other products anyway. Though I did see some brightening it did not help too hugely with my hyperpigmentation. Would still repurchase though!

This is such a nourishing serum! It has a lovely texture and is quite lightweight. I find it very hydrating and soothing thanks to the 70% Propolis extract! It applies on the skin very nicely and absorbs quickly. I love that it has Vitamin C too! Helps my skin look healthy and glowy whenever I use it. Its labelled as fragrance free but it has a slight sweet scent to it that’s actually quite pleasant.

Might be too gentle if youve really loaded up on sunscreens the whole day. Better oil cleanse first! Other than that, this is perfect for me.

This cleanser is so so gentle. It lathers really well and leaves my face feeling really soft yet clean. It doesnt feel stripping at all. This is such a wonderful cleanser. Its also fragrance free! I love to use this in the morning to gently cleanse my face of what I used the night before. I like to reach for this during my PM routine when I plan to use exfoliants or other acids. Its perfect anytime really. And a little goes a long way!

It can be very easily misused. Do a bit of research on how to properly use this and don’t jump right into using this without prior experience with other acids. Remember that less is more!! Its easier to under exfoliate than deal with the effects of a chemical burn &#47; over exfoliation. 

Other than that its an amazing product thats worth having in any skincare collection!

This peeling solution is a potent combination of AHAs and BHAs. If you use it properly it could be your best friend! The best advice would be to use it sparingly. Using it weekly might even be too much for a lot of people. I personally go up to a month without using this just to make sure that I don’t over exfoliate. And even then, I only keep it on my face for 7 mins at the most. 

I love the way you can immediately feel the difference in you skin’s texture right as you rinse it off! Visibly brightens and helps with texture and hyperpigmentation. Just be sure to avoid sun exposure and use lots of sunscreen!!

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬: Since it it has a pretty runny texture, it tends to drip quite a bit especially as you have it on for longer than the directed 10 minutes. I take it as a sign that its time to rinse but I also try not to apply too much. 

𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 9/10! I would love to repurchase this but at $37, you can catch me keeping an eye out for sales. 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 3.97% Red Ginseng Extract and Panax Ginseng Seed Oil.

𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞/𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: Runny, honey like texture. It has a sweet herbal scent similar but more subtle than the Ginseng Serum - which I am obsessed with!

𝐌𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞/𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: This is such a pleasant alternative to the usual cooling or clarifying masks I have which usually have a more refreshing or exfoliating effect. Upon application, this begins to warm up and it feels like a comforting hug to my entire face hahaha. This mask is easy to rinse off and it leaves my face feeling extra soft, less dull and more nourished - it doesn’t leave that residue feel on the skin either. 

It is slightly sticky after application but its okay bc I layer other things over it anyway.

Just bought my second bottle. The only Vit C that I’ve tried and possibly the only one I plan on sticking with. No stinging or irritation and so helpful with managing PIH.
