I sometimes get pimples, and I wish I could dry them individually, one at a time.  what kind of product is used for that?

What product dries pimples?

I have acne (and acne) spots, mustache spots, dark circles under my eyes ... they say if I take sleep remedies I can't use spot treatments because it would make the spots worse.  I can't stop the sleep aids, what do I do?  is there a supplement to help me, or an alternative sleep remedy that does not have this side effect?
