I didnt experience anythig negative with this product. It is pricey for a cleanser but worth it if you have the budget to spare 

This balm truly makes getting your make up off at night a delicious experience. It dissolves make up fast and without tightning your face. It leaves the skin feeling fresh and hidrated, great for double cleansing. 

Packaging is amazing and includes a spatula that magnetically holds to the lid of the product so it wont get lost. I flipped! 

Comes with a tiny bamboo exfoliant that its a miracle solution for dry or crusty lips. 

When I first got it I didnt knew the colour of the serum should be clear with a pale yellow tone. Mine was light orange since my first use and got darker by the time I run over it, it still worked pretty well on me, but will pay more attention to sampling when I repurchase. 

I was having a serious problem with hormonal acne that left marks (just hyperpigmentation, no scars) when I decided to try this. It gradually cleared the hyperpigmentation and within two-three months there where no more marks left. It made my skin very glowy and overall improved the tone of it. 
 
I have rosacea and sensitive skin and never felt this serum was irritating on my skin. Always used it with sunscreen and on day time. 

I tried introducing vit C with this serum for the first time ever in my routine and I have never had similar results with other (cheaper) Vit C serums I’ve tried. 

It is not drying but its also not an everyday exfoliant. This is not a bad thing per se since you should test and know your skin before trying to overexfoliate. I tried using it two nights in a row and was too much for me. I now use it twice a week with 2 or 3 nights of separation 

This product is one of the best chemical exfoliants I’ve ever tried. It cleared my treatment-resistant acne break out (tiny bumps and comedones on forehead). I have very sensitive skin since I have rosacea convined with oily and acne prone skin, most exfoliants or acne products would dry and irritate my skin without getting rid of the breakout, but not this one! I used it at night and woke up with clearer skin, reduced pimples and less visible pores.
