I have some pores on my nose, which become more noticeable with foundation on. What is  good way to minimise pores on the nose, with skincare rather than makeup. Suggestions and products you use would be appreciated 🤗

Hi all, I have been wearing sandals for summer and the heels pf my feet have started to look worse for wear, looking dry though luckily they haven't started to crack.

I use a pumice stone every few days and moisturise every day, with general body lotion.

Does anyone have a holy grail product or any helpful hints for healthy skin on your heels?

What is your preference is cleaner, oil, gel or cream/foam?

I prefer oil based as it feels more hydrating, cream/foam leaves my skin feeling a little dry and tight. Any recommendations for cream/foam cleansers you get along with?

I have two gripes about this product:
1. I found it really difficult to get the inner seal off for every use.
2. It is really quite messy, the novelty of the snail like trails wear thin

The Black Snail Collagen Cream, 50ml, came in a cardboard box following the same black and white branding as on the pot. The pot itself is plastic, take off the lid and inside there is a white seal which helps block out light and air to keep the active ingredients active. You get a little white spatula with this to scoop up the cream.

I like the black and white branding, looks modern, clean and contrasts well. 

I found it quite difficult to get inner seal off, as the product itself keep it sticking. Once you manage to get the seal off, you will find the cream inside is white. 

I used the spatula to pick up the cream, the product as expected is very slimy, leaving trails. The texture is light and fresh. The cream feels refreshing on the skin and absorbs well. A little goes a long way, as it glides over skin. The cream does have a scent, light, subtle and again fresh.

After use my skin felt plumper, hydrated, and luminous. This keeps your skin soft and looking radiant 

Overall I really loved the results of this cream and what it did for my skin.

The Black Snail Collagen, All in One Eye Cream, 30ml, came in a cardboard box following the same black and white branding as on the plastic tube with a lid. 

I am a fan of black and white branding, looks modern, simple and contrasts well. 

Squeezing out the product it is translucent white, slightly slimy texture and lightweight. 

It has a very faint subtle fresh scent, though I can't place what it is.

Using small dabs of the product under and around my eyes, the cream feels refreshing and hydrating. I feel it helped brighten under my eyes and plumped up skin so the fines lines kind of disappeared for me (I, touch wood, dont really have many lines anyway).

This cream can be used on the face and neck and should provide the same results.

I really loved using this and for me there were absolutely no downsides.

I received the Haruharu Wonder Centella Sunflower Makeup-Melting Cleansing Balm complimentary from Picky in exchange for my honest review.

The cleanser comes in a plastic tub with 100ml of product with a spatula, which after use can be clicked back into the lid.

This has triple-effect formula, you get the cleansing benefits of balm, oil, and milk all in one.

The balm uses sustainable oils, sunflower seed oil, jojoba oil, squalene, and argan oil that throughly cleanse the skin.

You use the balm on dry skin, massaging it into skin for a minimum of 30 seconds before adding a bit of water to emulsify, at which point the balm is more of a cleansing milk.

The balm has a soft, sherbert texture and feels gentle on skin and once washed away leave skin feeling clean, hydrated and protected.

This works well removing even water proof makeup. 

The balm is unscented and also vegan.
 

I received the, The Skin House's Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water, free from Picky in exchange for my honest review 

The product comes in a clear plastic bottle with a pump to get to the product. There is 150ml of product in the bottle. 

To use this product, you need to shake the bottle well before use. When still the water is clear, with the rice particles at the bottle, when shaken and mixed, the product has a beautiful silkly glimmer to it. You pump the product on a cotton pad and gently swipe across the face to remove impurities.

This is a mild cleansing water that effectively removes sunscreen and makeup without causing irritation to skin. 

The top 3 ingredients are brown rice bran to promote even skin tone and improve cell turnover. Panthenol for help with the skin barrier and hydration and Castor Oil, which locks in the moisture.

This works really work and leaves skin feeling cleansed and hydrated.


I received the The WELLAGE Real Hyaluronic Blue Ampoule 100 free from Picky in exchange for my honest review. 

The product comes in a thick, clear plastic bottle with a dropper to get to the product. There is 100ml of product in the bottle. 

This serum is absolutely fragrance and odour free. The serum is lightweight with the consistency of water and is fast absorbing. 

The serum contains Muti HA that deeply hydrates and strengthens the moisture barrier by forming a hydrating layer. After using, your skin feels nourished and soft without any stickiness or a greasy feeling. 

Another key ingredient for this is Panthenol Vitamin B5, which helps to soothe your skin, thiis makes it perfect for sensitive skin. 

My favourite aspect of this serum is how, despite being so lightweight, it delivers deep hydration. My skin has been tight with the cold and a bit itchy, and this has helped soothed that. It worked well on my face, so I extended use to my legs, which have really suffered in the cold weather, and all I can say is that I no longer feel like clawing at my skin. 

I feel this provides a good base for the rest of my skincare and makeup and believe this would be suitable for any skin type. This is such a lovely serum, so easy to love!
