Which one would you choose, and why? 
My budget allows for just one product: which one is better?
I've heard great things about the Klairs unscented toner and since I have dry patches, the extra hydration will be great. But I since wear sunscreen and have dehydrated skin with dry patches, exfoliation seems very important. If exfoliation, what are some good exfoliating toners?

Hydrating toner or exfoliating toner?

Doesn&#39;t  hydrate the lips but rather sits on top as a slippery film of color. If you need deeper hydration, use another lip balm.

Lovely color, the shade Hibiscus is a rosey pink and is buildable.

Pricey for the amount you get. This did little to nothing for me; you can get away with using a good moisturizer, there&#39;s no need to get a separate moisturizer for your eye area.

Moisturizing! Left the skin around my eyes feeling very soft.

It feels tacky on the skin and not very moisturizing. My forehead lightly broke out after using this, and it took a while for the small pimples to go away.

It doesn&#39;t leave a white cast and it provides some spf.

Very drying and was the cause of the small pimples on my forehead. For drier skin types, there are better toners out there.

Feels clarifying because of the denatured alcohol. Oilier skin types may find acne relief with this product.

Leaves residue on your face after using, no matter how much you rinse with water.

Loved the smell and texture of the cleanser.
