Does anyone know a good waterproof eye liner please

Help on waterproof eye liner

I personally don't think that there are any bad things to say about this product 

The lotion helps to keep the skin hydrated all day whilst helping to protect the face from the sun's harmful rays. 
It sinks into the skin easily without any greasy feeling. 
It made my skin feel lovely and soft. 
Perfect for Normal to Dry Skin 

There is nothing about this cleanser that is bad 

My first impression was the pump action which delivers just enough product to use on your face. After applying I massaged the product into my wet skin & it foams as it cleans. Then i rinsed off & my skin felt so clean. It comes in a good size 250ml which will last for ages. 

This is a great spf 50. It's so handy to put into your pocket or handbag so you can reapply throughout the day. It sinks into your skin really well without pilling

Contains:
*Probio-Cica - Which calms and soothes irritated skin with the power of fermented centella asiatica
*Ceramide - Fortifies the skin's barrier, improving moisture retention and repairing damage
*It has a light and refreshing texture

This is a solid balm that comes with a spatula which is much more hygienic.
You massage the cleanser onto dry skin & it turns instantly into an oil then you wet your fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions & the oil turns into a milky consistency. It melts away 
make up really easily. After this  you rinse away with water & a cloth.
I have very sensitive eyes & this didn't irritate at all which is a massive plus for me. Also In the past some cleansers have made my skin feel  tight but after using this my face felt soft & hydrated. 
It's fragrance free & Infused with sunflower seed oil, jojoba seed oil, argan oil to
nourish skin.
It contains Squalane and centella asiatica extract to strengthen the skin barrier and improve texture.
