I'm looking for hydrating toner for my oily+sensitive skin. Also low in budget, help me out!!

First week, my skin experiences purging. Several tiny acne appears. 
Maybe my sensitive skin need more time to suit with this toner.

Light chemical scent but i&#39;m okay with that!
Absorb well on skin
Watery
Soothing!
And of course, brightening!

Need about 2 weeks to see the result. Of course clear skin needs time.

Really help faded my red acne scars, moisturizing my face!

Takes time to moist back my dry skin. Like 3&#47;4 days?

-not sticky at all!
-maybe for very oily skin type dont like it, maybe
-fade my redness
-fast absorb

I dont wear sunscreen if in my house plus when rainy outside because the spf.

I just found out there so many acid that not suitable for oily skin type like me.
