The Purito Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream is a lightweight yet nourishing moisturizer that I incorporated into my hydration-focused routine. From the first application, it provided a refreshing burst of hydration, leaving my skin soft, plump, and well-moisturized. It’s particularly great for reinforcing the skin barrier, especially after using actives like tretinoin.

What I love most is its non-greasy finish, making it suitable for both day and night use. It layers beautifully under sunscreen without pilling, which is a huge plus for daytime application. The soothing ingredients also help heal and calm irritated skin, and over time, I noticed my skin felt more resilient. Another big advantage is that it’s free from artificial fragrance and essential oils, making it a great option for sensitive skin.

My redness has noticeably reduced, and while it doesn’t actively fight acne, it helps with post-breakout recovery, making my skin look smoother and more even-toned. The addition of niacinamide is a nice touch, subtly brightening my complexion without any irritation.

Since it has fermented extracts and squalane, it may not suit everyone with fungal acne.

I love how this toner hydrates, soothes, and layers well without feeling heavy or sticky. If you have dehydrated, sensitive, or combination skin, this is a fantastic addition to your routine. However, if you have very dry skin, you might need an additional occlusive moisturizer to seal in the hydration. Would I repurchase? Absolutely!

If there was one thing I didn’t love, it was that in hot, humid weather, the richness of the cream sometimes felt a little heavy. It wasn’t greasy, but for someone with  oily skin, it might be a bit much during warmer months.

Overall, I’d rate it 4.7/5. It’s a fantastic moisturizer for hydrating, repairing, and calming the skin. If your skin is dry, sensitive, or compromised, this could be a holy grail. Would I repurchase? Absolutely! Especially for colder months or when my skin needs extra nourishment.
