Just the price is a bit expensive for the volume.


Great product.
No fragrence. No greasiness. No white cast. 

Quite liquidy and dries relatively quickly. I would advise dropping a few drops on a singular patt of the face and then rubbing it in quickly, before moving to another part of the face.

I would also advise to use toner beforehand (if it is t already part of your sincere routine), for it to absorb better into the skin.

Also this is one of the sunscreens approved in Australia, which has rigourious rules about sunscreens that can be sold in stores. So you know the SPF is good and will last (probably more that it promises).

Does dry out skin a little - so I use it alternately with my actual moisteriser.
Not an actual full moisteriser.

Very soothing gel.

A little goes a long way
Great for soothing skin after waxing/plucking out hairs. 
Can apply on both face and body.

Would recommend for those with combination and oily skin as well as those with easily irritated red skin.

One can last a long time -> 1-1.5years if you apply say once daily.
- Very worth it for the money

I wouldn’t say this is a disadvantage, but it does leave a feeling of extra protective skin like layer ontop of your face. This feeling goes away in about 5-10 minutes (which is much less compared to the Natures Republic version of the gel).

Compared to the Nature’s Republic version of the gel, I like this one better because it has less of a skin layer feeling after application and it is more watery feeling.

People with combination skin can try this product, but I would not recommend it to people with oily skin. It makes my t-zone a bit greasy during the day, but not during the night right after cleansing.

There is a very natural orange scent at first, but after a few minutes it turns into a faint artifical orange smell. 

May not be suitable to people sensitive to fragrence (which i am not).

Bit expensive for the amount.

Have had one or two more acne than usual when my period is about to come, not sure if this moisteriser is the cause though.

Does work to brighten skin in 3 days!
Has calmed the redness in my skin - quite soothing.
Has smoothed out my skin a lot

Nice to use maybe twice a day during the drier months, in winter.

Do note to use the plastic applicator they give you to scoop just enough cream to not prolong the cream’s exposure to the air, as vitamin c can apparently be oxidised and turn yellow.
(I am newbie in regards to in depth skincare, so not sure if this is true.)

Will be buying another vitamin C based product due to all these advantages of the product.

There is a fragrence smell which may not be suitable to those sensitive to it.

I did notice one hive pop up on my upper lip in the morning, after leaving it on the whole night - this may be due to putting a little too much on, I’ll only put thin layers next time.

Does hydrate your lips and plump them a little. Hydration visible for about half a week after only one application. 
Smooths the lips.

Will use the rest of the product.

May be a bit drying for the skin when combined with its exfoliator, but nothing a bit of moisteriser can’t fix.

Have been using this daily for the last ~10 years. 
Very good at removing oiliness in skin. 

I also use it with its corresponding exfoliator scrub twice a week. The exfoliator scrub is very good at removing blackheads, whiteheads and smoothing out the skin.

They have recently changed their packaging again though, and I have not used the recent packaged ones.

1 tube lasts me about a year. 
Definitely worth your money.
