Here's my skin progress in 2 years. I was diagnosed with PCOS and I treated my hormonal imbalance with pills prescribed by my OB-Gyn. I started to go to a dermatologist and used their in-house skincare products. But since the pandemic happened I relied more on korean skincare products and youtube recommendations. I am very proud of my progress and will definitely take care of my skin more until I'm old.

For me, it’s COSRX. My skin just loooooves all of their products and it just never broke my skin out! It’s definitely my holy grail brand. 😍

If you're looking for something that will strengthen your skin barrier, this is the product you should be really into. It's very calming & hydrating. The ampoule is runny, so it gets absorbed by the skin easily. This made my skin ✨glooooowing✨ after using it religiously for a month. A little goes a long way! It's very affordable considering how much product you can get, even the 55ml bottle will last for a few months. This is definitely a skincare must have! 

The only thing I don't like about it is the glass bottle packaging. It's not travel-friendly and I'm always scared that I might break it accidentally.

This ampoule quickly climbed up to the list of my holy grails! Since I’m using actives in my daily routine, this is the perfect product to boost my skin’s moisture level. I received the product at exactly the right time when my skin was having a crisis and in dire need of hydration. I had those rough and flaky patches all over my face especially on my forehead and chin area. The ampoule has a runny yet slightly viscous texture with a light hint of fresh aloe vera scent despite being fragrance-free. It’s lightweight and layers well with other products. I use it daily on my day and night routine, and it never fails to always make my skin look dewy and hydrated. It soothes and calms my skin when it’s sensitive or irritated. This really works wonders as my skin is back to its normal state, the rough and flaky patches are gone just after a few days of using it. And the best part of it all is that I noticed my skin finally behaving “normally” as it is less oily than usual. 

It may leave your skin slightly sticky if you put a lot on but it will still layer well with other products, and if you’re not into that fresh aloe vera scent, this has a hint of it that goes away in a minute. Overall, this is a great product! 💙

It’s very humid in my country 🇵🇭 and some sunscreens can be quite heavy on the skin.
I’m looking for the best light, waterbased/gel type sunscreen that I can use everyday.

I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone with oily skin. It leaves a white cast, it made me greasy (ready to fry an egg on my face type of greasy) and broke me out. 😫

If you’re sensitive to fragrance, this might not be good for you. It has a very very mild herbal scent.

This is great for sensitive skin. I didn’t break out or anything. My skin loves this, my face been drinking it like water for almost a month now. It’s perfect for people who has a damaged skin barrier because it has lactobacillus ferment lysate that reinforce skin barrier. It’s a very milky like type of essence but  glides on and absorbs like a water type essence. Which is great because it’s not heavy on the face at all especially when you’re layering skin care.

Been using it for 6 months already. It’s a good cleanser, it doesn’t dry out my skin and doesn’t give that tight feeling that most cleansers do. Plus it’s very affordable too.

I love this. This is my go-to serum. It’s very soothing and hydrating. Perfect for all skin types. But I use it most especially when my skin is sensitive and quite damaged from the skincare experiments&#47;trials I do. Definitely my holy grail serum.

Great for those pesky pimples that are about to pop so you won’t pick on them.
