- Not really a game-changer. It's a basic toner that I like to use when I have breakouts, but mugwort and centella-based toners also work for me. Not sure about other countries but here in Malaysia I won't buy it at its regular price. If I run out and there's no promo, I don't think I will rush to repurchase. I can wait for promo as I have alternative toners.

- Hydrating, watery texture but still has a slip
- Leaves a smooth silky texture
- Makes skin plump and glowy
- Safe to use when skin is sensitized/irritated, at least in my experience
- Its main ingredient, propolis, is very useful in every stage of acne developmemt - its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal properties help prevent and fight acne, while its wound-healing benefits help in the post-acne recovery
- It's soothing and calming when I have breakouts.

Maybe I have a bias over propolis since the BOJ glow serum really worked on me on my acne management. I wanted a toner version and instantly fell in love with this. It's a simple toner that's nice to have around.

- Perhaps the price? Here in Malaysia it's usually the priciest among the Numbuzin serums. But I always buy it on sale. I often buy Numbuzin products in bulk as I love that brand so I get a good deal.

- The texture is amazing, so lightweight
- It improved my skin's dullness and gave me a nice glow in a few weeks of use
- It has also made my skin smooth and minimized my breakouts. I tried another bifida serum after I finished my first bottle but that doesn't compare to this one. I have not finished that serum and already repurchased this one - my 2nd bottle's on the way.

- I have sensitive skin and this didn't irritate me but I'm not sure if the fragrance in this may not work out for some people

- Very soothing, calming, hydrating mask
- Amaaaaaazing smell. It's soooo relaxing - I'd describe it as spa-like. 
- Very affordable, especially if you compare with individually-packed sheet masks.

You can tell from above that I reaaallyyyy love this mask. Fell in love with it the moment in touched my face I don't think I'd ever not have this on my stash. It's definitely HG status for me! 

Btw, I usually use the mask for 20 mins before it dries out. The collagen version lasts longer for me but I think 20 mins is a good amount of time. I have tried others that dry out in 10 mins.

- Quite pricey for its size. If it were 300ml, then it would've been better.

- Indeed soothing and calming, as it claims on its name
- Very hyrating
- Lightweight, watery texture. Absorbs easily.
- A simple toner that's easy to incorporate in my skincare routine. Can be used with any actives. I have emptied 3 bottles of this but paused as I've been exploring toners with mild exfoliation to address my skin texture.
- Compatible with all skin types, in my opinion.

- It broke me out and didn't do anything on my closed comedones. If anything, it destroyed my skin (see before and after photos). I have emptied the bottle (before I realized this was what was causing my breakout) and have one back-up, which I will now be using for my body instead.

I regret buying a second bottle of this when I saw a sale. The hydrating effect of this made me think that I'd love it. For those who don't know yet, this has protease, which is a kind of PHA. PHA's and LHA's are generally safe to be used everyday. Experts even say it's safe to be used with strong actives, even on a retinol purge. That being said, despite all my research before buying the first bottle of this, it didn't work for me. I didn't expect it to irritate me cause it's supposed to be gentle and I have PHA and LHA toner pads (even serums that have these ingredients) that work well with my skin. Perhaps, it'll work for others with more resilient skin.
