So, what I want is to find toner that is mild enough to be used when this happen. I have bought a few toners that claimed it’s mild and safe to use everyday and my expectation goes down the drain after just using it the first time. Someone here in Picky recommended this toner and after I’ve checked the ingredients, there was no ‘red flag’ with sensitive skin and decided to try it. 💚 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗦 • A bottle of product that has a function of toner + ampoule which contains high concentration of Bifida Biome which shields the skin from external agressors. • Boosting and hydrating toner, resulting in tones up skin and enhance absorptions of the next step • It also has PHA - Lactobionic Acid (extracted from milk) to help remove debris and pore waste gently (PHA I like!) 💚 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 • 1000ppm of bifida ferment content (Bifida Ferment Filtrate and Bifida Ferment Lysate) • 10 types of Hyaluronic Acid with different mollecular weights to penetrate into different layers of the skin for deep hydration • Witch Hazel Flower Water - purify, protect and soothe the skin 💚 𝗠𝗬 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 ✍🏼 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 • I use this both in my AM and PM routine daily, after I do my cleansing. • I love layering this one. First, I’ll use a cotton pad, soak it and gently wipe my face. I considered toner as an extension of cleansing, I do this to every toner. Then, I’ll pour generously into my palms, press it on my face and let my skin absorbs it, I’ll do this 2-3 layers. ✍🏼 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧/ 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 • I got a limited set that come with 400ml + 100ml bottle, the set price was discounted to RM97+ (USD23+). ✍🏼 𝙏𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚/ 𝙎𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 • This is a clear watery liquid but it has some consistency, slightly thicker than water and from what I read regarding the product, it’s made to have an ampoule texture, that’s why I love using it because I can feel the ‘ampoule-viscosity’ inside it. • Scent wise - I didn’t detect any scent. ✍🏼 𝘽𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚/ 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝 • It’s easy to apply and my skin just drinks it easily even with 2-3 layers. No stickiness or greasy feeling. ✍🏼 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩 • To know if toner did something to your skin, try leaving your face more than 10 minutes right after you’ve finished your cleansing steps. I accidentally did it once, right after I went out from the bathroom, my kids asked me to do something ‘mummy duty’, then after God knows for how long, suddenly I realised my face so dry + tight.. I look in the mirror and saw that my face was not wet anymore and I’m someone who don’t even practice towel dry my face!~ • I’d let my bare face too long without protection! I quickly put this toner 2-3 layers and I waited for 3-5 minutes before continuing to the next step. Look in the mirror again, I can see my skin looks supple and hydrated, no more dry and tight feeling. That’s when I know this definitely do something for my skin apart from preparing my skin for the next step. • But most importantly, it doesn’t sting! No other sensation and it didn’t make the inflamed skin becomes more red!~ a MAJOR PLUS POINT, yay! 💚 𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗨𝗘 This product use PHA instead of AHA or BHA, which the latter, my skin can’t tolerate it especially in high percentage, I know this from a bad experience. First, I’ll use cotton to wipe my face after cleansing and use layering method up to 5 layers, since it’s thin and there is no greasiness. The finish is semi-matte to dewy finish depending on layering. While I do wish the texture has some ‘body’ to it, it still has become one of my favourite toner because of the soothing properties and I love the finish, it makes my skin feeling smooth and supple. If your skin love heartleaf and you need a soothing toner, give this toner a try, definitely worth a five stars in my book.

Love layering this one. I use this up to 3 layers, so right after application the finish is matte with slight tackiness (depends on how many layers), but once fully absorbed no more tackiness. I love blending this on my skin, my skin feels velvety soft. ❥ 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤.. I usually experience tingling sensation on my inflamed skin when I use fermented ingredients, but no irritation with this one. I definitely recommend this for someone who have sensitive skin and if you love toner that has some ‘weight’ to it.

I recently picked this up again, I was using it previously without really understanding its benefits. On a whim, I soaked cotton pads with this essence and applied it as a sheet mask and whne I removed the cotton pads, wham! I was surprised to see the results. My pores looked smaller and skin was plump and brighter. I've been continuously using this goodie for the past 2 weeks and my skin is looking plumper and brighter. Oh! And the bottle is fall proof. I dropped the bottle from a table and it survived the fall.

Take a while to get absorbed and with this you really need to give it some time to settle and I feels like I don’t have to use toner due to the rich texture. But I still use toner, the wipe method, at least. The scent, very citrusy and refreshing. ❥ It has soothing ingredients such as Cucumber Fruit Extract and Centella Asiatica Extract among many others, initially I thought this might give me some kind of sensation, but there was none. And talking about the packaging, feels so luxurious holding it in my hand. ❥ 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤.. It’s one of the essences that I love at first sight. There is no irritation on my sensitive skin, it’s very nourishing and my skin looking plump, HG essence!

My review after trying these for 2 months! ✨ Key ingredient: Rose Water, Resveratrol, Niacinamide, Fermented Soy Bean Extract 🤍 I love this essence so much! This has an unexpectedly satisfying texture, it feels like 'fat' water with a slight viscousity that adds so much hydration to my skin instantly. My skin feels so hydrated and bouncy without any tacky or greasy finish, even with multiple layers 💯💯 Resveratrol is a potent antioxidant so I use this in both AM/PM. 👉 Overall this has some really nice ingredients and formulation that'll be good for wrinkle prevention and are gentle enough for daily use, even on my sensitive skin ❤️

Mugwort aka Artemisia is used in skincare products designed to soothe sensitive skin, treat dry skin and acne. It's also antibacterial and antifungal. Full of vitamin E and other antioxidants, it protects, nourishes and hydrates the skin🌿 This Mugwort Essence from i'm from contains 100% mugwort and is a great product for calming my skin, especially whenever it feels irritated or when I'm having painful breakouts. I like how the watery texture is ideal for layering and I've had no problems combining it with all of my other skincare products 💚 The herbal mugwort scent is thankfully not that strong, unlike the brands Mugwort Mask which I hated for its way too strong scent, and I've had no problems with this product at all! Had already tried the smaller size before purchasing the full-sized product; I'm almost through with the bottle and can see myself re-purchasing this more than often

Its a pure fermentes(for 3 years) mugwort from Gangwha Korea. 💚 Its a one ingredient essence. It is very watery texture has a signure pure artemisia scent. It is an essence but it calls first essence because has to be applyed before your toner step. Instantly calms down red,irritated acneprone skin. Calming and soothing great for sensitive dehydrated skin. I already repurchased it many times even tho it lasts a long while.
