I think itās completely fine, as long as your skin can handle it! everyoneās skin is different. personally, I find double cleansing too stripping as I have quite sensitive skin & I only double cleanse if Iāve been wearing makeup. but there are other people who double cleanse everyday! I think itās just your personal preference š

agree! we just have to listen to our skin. I have sensitive skin too and I do double cleansing to remove spf. But I make sure to use a very gentle and mild cleansers and follow up with hydrating toner.

I do double cleansing every night or everytime I apply sunscreen. Cleansing oils or balms helps me in cleaning sunscreen residues. So far, the cleansing oils I tried are not stripping and are gentle on the skin. š
