I personally think that a mild cleanser and SPF are important for kids, but not the rest.
Have you tried switching to a different facial sunscreen to avoid tingling? She might be reacting to an ingredient. If you want to share the SPF you use, I'm sure other Pickies will be able to recommend alternatives 🙂

cleanser, moisturiser and spf is simple & perfect. my younger sister uses these and she’s 12 😊 she just recently introduced a calming serum into her routine as she really loves it. honestly, as long as you’re not using strong acids or strong ingredients I think it’s fine. skincare is important for everyone at any age. I would suggest trying a new spf for your daughter! perhaps she’s allergic or her skin just doesn’t agree with a particular ingredient in your current spf 💗

If she has sensitivity to chemical sunscreen. I think its best to try to get her a physical one as its great for sensitive skin.

Aside from the comments above, you might want to check these sunscreens for your daughter. 😅
