For someone with an oily skin, the consistency is not that thick which is good. Just remember that this is not a stand alone product so others might find this too thin, but too white if you add more.

Instabright Tone Up Milk Cream
I use this as spot treatment for my hyperpigmentation. And it helps improve them.
Tried using it on my whole skin and the tone up looks weird. This doesn't work well for olive skinned people.
