I still get some waterproof mascara on my lashes. Just a little bit. I find that letting this sit on my skin for a while helps remove stubborn makeup easier.

Although it removes waterproof makeup like lipstick & foundation, I noticed that it requires a bit of effort to fully remove waterproof eyeliner & mascara. Other than that, this is definitely a 10/10 🙌🏻
