Artemisia Rice Toner
This artemsia essence toner is so soothing for my mature, dry dkin. The light natural earthy scent is so mild it’s mostly undetectable. I love this toner as part of my nighttime skincare routine and it lays a great foundation for my sleeping masks!
I find the flip top spout a little messy and normally end up removing the cap completely to douse a cotton round with this toner.
