It has the highest % concentration of Mugwort I’ve seen in a toner for the most reasonable price. No useless filler ingredients in the formula either. This toner has slowly become holy grail status along with their Mugwort moisturizer from the same line. One layer of this makes my skin feel insanely hydrated. Right now I just pat in multiple layers with my hands to relieve my skin barrier and its so effective at calming my skin down. It has a very watery texture and it’s not too viscous so you can apply multiple layers without it feeling heavy and goopy. Perfect for oily, dehydrated skin because I hate the heavy feeling of layering on moisturizers. When I use this in my nighttime routine I don’t give it time to dry down, instead I layer all my skincare on top of the wet toner so it all absorbs and keeps my skin hydrated while I sleep. I would 100% repurchase this again, it’s such a lovely product and they have gift sets on their website which includes this toner. I might have to grab one for my moms because it was THAT good 😍
