The only issue i have is that as soon as i apply on my eczema patches, there is a slight burning, but it fades after 5 minutes or so and later the itch is noticably redcued. The itch is still there to a small extent, but significantly reduced.

I love this. I have eczema and this is the only thing stopping me from scratching my face off when my flare ups are really bad. If it's really bad, I have to reapply often but once I start to heal in a day or two, I don't need to reapply as often.
There's not really 'bad' about this product. It does its job without any negative effects.
