Doesn't tingle at all! Spreads easily, doesn't leave a layer of film even if it contains oils. Makes my skin feel soft upon application. I'll need to use it for a longer time (4 weeks) to see how it fades my acne scars. The bottle is really cool too....
Smells like ham but it fades quickly. Contains alcohol denat which can be drying or irritating for some. Stains light colored fabrics, same as any other vitamin C product. Oxidizes in 2 months so you have to use it fast.

It needs to be stored in fridge once open and it only has 2-month PAO. There's mild stinging sensation on my cheeks though it only last for a few seconds. It also smells like corned beef.

Even though, it is a high concentrated serum, it definitely accurate, it doesn’t sting on the face I like to use it after the essence step
PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE. So according to the instructions on the packaging it says to put it in the fridge, some people may not read the this so I’m making you aware of it.

I was lucky enough to selected by Cosrx to review one of their three new Derm Serums. I was gifted the Vitamin C23 Serum which I have been using for about 12-14 days so far, so this will be more of a 1st impression review. Update 9July: I found out...
I had no issues although it does contain alcohol denat. However the rest of the ingredients are nice It only has a 2 month PAO and will be hard to finish in so short a time.
