Hibiscus Brightening Peel Pads
The ingredients in this mild toning pad seems to be really good. It contains pH a. It has water essence and it's got ingredients for brightening. Like all facial pads, it is very easy to use. You just pick up a piece and you wipe it across your skin. At 70 pads a box, it is actually a really good deal as compared to most of the other facial pads out there. It is fairly inexpensive as well. After wiping across my skin, my skin feels more supple. There is a certain moisture level that is in there.
I really wanted to like these facial pads. I use quite a few different ones, for example from NeoGen, from April Skin, from MediCube - so I am a big fan of facial pads. When I saw the ingredients in this one, it really hooked me and so I bought it. However, I do not love it after using it, mostly because the facial pad itself is not a textured kind, it just kind of feels like a piece of blah cloth. Zero texture - just a flat flat piece of cotton. And so I don't feel like I'm actually swiping away anything. I just feel more like I'm pushing dirt around my face. Whilst I do see a little bit of hydration, I don't see the brightening effect at all. And I certainly can get my hydration from my toners and my serums. So net net, I don't feel like these toner pads do anything for me.
