Because I find that it lathers and adheres better during cleansing when my skin is semi wet as compared to fully wet. The scent is sweet like butter or caramel which really draws you in to the cleansing experience, I almost want to never stop cleansing. - This cleanser is super gentle and I can see many people of all skin types using it, including peeps with sensitised/irritated/over exfoliate skin. It does not strip my skin at all, for some reason my skin feels more hydrated using this cleanser. 💗
