It feels like I only put a layer on my lips like a lipgloss but without being hydrating at all. For normal lips that needs no hydration I would say it's just fine but for dry lips there is no way this one could be suitable. 

It has spf50+ and that's hard to find. 
It also has a pretty nice packaging and it's not very expensive. The watermelon scent doesn't smell like it has too much "chemical", it's like a candy. And the application is quite easy you just have to press the product and it comes out
