With 30% of black sugar (2nd ingredients) this Black Sugar Perfect First Serum The Essential was called the first serum as we were supposed to use it at the first step. It is an exfoliating treatment with Alcohol Denat ranked pretty high in the ingredients list, it amazes me because it is still so refreshing and quite hydrating! I've been using almost everyday and I can say it is gentle and safe for sensitive skin (if your skin can tolerate Alcohol Denat) it is super thin and watery, sometimes I forgot that it is an exfoliating first serum and layer it 2-3 times lol It does not cause me any purging, I love that my pores look more refined than before and yes! It does not cause my dehydrated part to feel tight, formulation does matter after all! not to mention that my sebum regulation also has been doing really well!
