Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner

This toner from Skin1004 Centella line is one of my favorites, it helps me soothe, hydrate and brighten my skin when it feels dull. It is absorbed very quickly, it has a totally liquid texture. In my experience it has worked well for me. I do not usually apply the toner with pads, I prefer the palms of my hand and small taps so that it absorbs

Sometimes I feel like it foams up a bit when I apply it.
