The amino acids contained in Noni Balancing Toner helps to enhance the moisture barrier to balance the hydration level throughout the day.   𝑴𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔: I love everything about this product! The toner is packaged in a glass looking bottle. I thought it was a glass bottle at first glance, but it's not. The toner in itself has a beautiful shade of light green hue. It has a watery consistency and lightweight which absorbs very quickly into my skin. I am surprised at how instantly my skin absorbs it and preps my skin for the next step because the moisturiser spreads so smoothly and absorbs right into it. The moisturiser normally takes some time to be absorbed.   At my first pat, it instantly leaves a cooling feeling and natural glow to my skin. The cooling sensation is great for humid weather or tropical countries which is where I live. The toner is so hydrating and it preps my skin so well for the next step of my routine. I do notice that my skin is softer and hydrated throughout the day.
