It's extremely pleasant to use and feels fantastic on the skin. I highly recommend giving it try especially for those who have very dry skin. Although it delivers somewhat of an oily feel, my skin feels deeply moisturized rather than greasy or tacky. I detest greasy residue and luckily, I didn't experience that with this toner. I always appreciate a nice soothing effect and it passed with flying colors. I plan to use it more often during winter for added skin protection.
