Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water is a rinse free cleanser that gently washes away impurities & light make-up. It is formulated with Brown Rice & Panthenol that remove impurities in one simple step. It has a watery texture and has no noticeable scent. Shake cleansing water well then apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe off impurities on skin. This cleansing water is gentle and doesn't make my skin feel stripped or dry. It makes my skin feel clean and I love how easy it is to use. I would recommend to my friends.
