Touch In Sol - LotusRates review for Pretty Filter Glassy Skin Balm

I received Touch In Sol’s Pretty Filter Glassy Skin Balm. This balm is meant to work as a primer under make up. I'll be honest that this product kind of confused me at first. The balm is very thick. Thicker than most moisturizers I have. There is a floral scent for anyone interested. I applied very little of balm to my face and I was able to spread it over my entire face. It makes my face very smooth and the liquid foundation I tried over top of it layered very nicely. I don't know if it just makes my face smooth or if it actually moisturizes. I have used it a half dozen times and when I take my make up off at the end of the day my face feels tighter than with my other primers.
