All Clean Balm
A very good cleansing balm at removing makeup including waterproof mascara. Only a bit of balm is needed for a whole face. Glides easily on skin and very easy to clean with water. It leaves a moisturise face after rinsing.
I think it has fragrance because there’s a slight citrus scent when I use the balm. People who are sensitive to fragrance might need to take note of this but other than that, the scent is not too strong so it doesn’t bother me.
