Acne Foaming Wash
This is my first benzoyl peroxide product. By the guidance of Dr Dray, the off brand is the same as the on brand product as long as the active ingredient is the same so i went for the cheaper option and i havent been disappointed. I use this wash for just 1 or 2 minutes once a week or less and overnight any existing pimples delfate and dry up like crazy, over the next couple days they disappear. I really love this product and it being a drugstore brand really doesnt change its abilities to be a holy grail.
My mistake for thinking i could start at 10% AND use it in the morning. Benzoyl peroxide does typically make your face red and hot its pretty normal but i wasnt very prepared, and i wasnt aware how much more sensitive to the sun i would be. The labels on the product were cery misleading to not have any warnings like this, or to advertise it as a “daily wash”. It doesnt foam at all, i dont personally mind but it is supposed to and it doesnt. I still like it a lot, i just dont use it often and only at night on certain areas of my face.
