For starters, my scalp was as greasy as my hair! I also suffer mild psoriasis so it was greasy and itchy!! I’d have to wash my hair daily and even dry shampoo couldn’t tame the oils. Once I got into skincare, I realized that my oily skin was due to my skin being dehydrated. Later on I started to wonder if my scalp was the same way.

So started off using ✨Nature Republic 92% Aloe Gel✨ and applied it so my scalp (as best as I could) after washing my hair. Total game changer!! It not only calmed the itchiness but hydrated my scalp. In conjunction with a BHA shampoo, the oiliness of my hair and hair loss has really decreased! 

I emptied out the aloe gel late feb & had been on the look out of another aloe gel when I came across ✨Some By Mi ‘s Real Cica 92% gel✨. I can’t resist a good Cica product! SomByMi’s Cica gel formulated with 92% centella Asiatica and mugwort leaf extracts, along with tea tree water and rosemary oil. It also contains PHA, AHA, and BHA to provide sebum control and gentle exfoliation. And it also has 3 types of hyaluronic acid! It has a nice tingly cooling effect on my scalp. My scalp felt more refreshed, my hair felt softer, & my frizz was more tamed. 

Because the oiliness was more under control, dry shampoo worked like a charm and I’m able to extend days between washing to 3 days! 

Right now, I’m currently using ✨The Ordinary✨ Multi-peptide Hair Density Serum + ✨Aromatica’s Rosemary Concentrate Essence✨ applied directly onto my scalp after washing. My hair has actually grown fuller and healthier. My scalp doesn’t itch like crazy. The oil production has decreased. And I am happy with my hair journey!

The 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺 is a brightening and anti-aging serum that contains 60.67% Kakadu plum Extract, 13 vitamin complex, 5000 Aquatide and 8 peptide Complex 🙌🏼

The serum is a cloudy, pale yellow watery gel with a slightly viscous texture. It has light citrusy scent but the serum contains no fragrance or essential oils. It’s not sticky, lightweight, and absorbs quickly into the skin when you pat it in. Not only does it make my skin glow but it’s also very hydrating. It’s to early to see changes in my dark spots and PIH but I’m loving the texture and glow the serum gives me! 

I wosh this came in a bigger bottle! Also the flip cap is not my fave. Theres always a crusty residue left behind on the caps.

I love the texture of this niacinamide serum! The gel like texture is perfect &amp; doesnt leave a sticky finish. It visibly helps my pores and pigmentation. Its one of my fave B3 serums.

So i actually use this for my scalp! The gel is intended to be used on the face &amp; body but my scalp is part of my body right? It has a nice tingly cooling effect on my scalp. I’ll definitely update you guys once I use this more over time but I’ve really been enjoying it as part of my hair care!

I wish it was a tad more hydrating but otherwise no complaints

Its a watery texture that sinks well into the skin. Its more calming than hydrating. I didnt notice much of a difference when my skin was clear but dueing breakouts this has been my go to! I think it really helps to calm and clear my acne.
