Although it worked great for me, the rice bits might be irritating on someone with super sensitive skin. If scrubbed too hard, it could be harsh and cause microdamage to skin.

𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Thick and Creamy with very minute rice grains
- Slightly smells of rice
- Spreads on the face evenly without dripping 
- Doesn’t leave skin feeling dried out
- Packaging is nice and convenient 

𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧:
This was my first time trying a product from this brand and that too a rice mask. I was skeptical about applying rice grain on my face as a scrub thinking it will be too harsh but I was wrong. This scrub is very creamy and the rice bits aren’t as large/harsh on skin. It’s a very pleasant physical scrub that gently removes dead skin cells. I love the smell of rice, it’s so relaxing~ 
It was fairly easy to wash off too and the application was smooth too. I noticed my skin became a bit brighter and smoother after use. It didn’t cause any sensitivity issue on my acne prone skin. I will continue using it twice a week to really get the brightening benefits of rice 🌾

Winter was a struggle for my dehydrated oily skin back then because thick moisturizer would feel suffocating while gel moisturizers wouldn’t be enough for the dry weather. How I wish I had a product that was the best of both worlds back then.. 

This Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream was what I was looking for back then. It’s a very hydrating gel cream that I feel like holds onto moisture for a very long time. 

Let’s talk key ingredients: it is formulated with 60% deep sea water with natural marine ingredients, Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol and 2% Niacinamide. Sounds great! 

What I love the most about this cream is the finish. Some gel creams tend to leave an oily film and some contain alcohol which dehydrate my skin even further, but THIS is truly a light and moisturizing gel cream. It doesn’t feel like I’ve applied anything but I can feel the effects all day. I love that it’s unscented and safe for my sensitive skin. If you have oily/acne prone skin and want a light gel cream, this is the one! 

Nothing so far :) they have a bigger size in a tube which is perfect!

You must have seen this infamous Klairs midnight blue calming cream somewhere on skincare social media. This is one of the OG soothing creams that still stand strong to this day. 

💙Key ingredients: 
- Guaiazulene (reduces inflammation)
- Centella Asiatica (calms sensitive skin)

My opinion:
This is one of the prettiest and most effective soothing creams out there. I love it because of the texture, really creamy without any greasiness. It glides on like butter and instantly calms down skin. It’s not too thick nor too watery, just the right amount of moisturization without feeling stuffy. It has an herbal scent which I really enjoy. Every time I have new breakouts of inflamed acne, I know this cream will help calm down everything. All products from the Klairs Midnight Blue line including the sheet masks and the serum have been staples in my routine. Although it is suitable for all skin types but if you have oily / combo skin and you’re looking for a moisturizer that will help repair damaged skin barrier, this is the one. 

I haven’t experienced anything negative with this product.

🪼Purito Deep Sea Droplet Serum
This is a beautiful light and watery serum with moisture capsules in it. It’s perfect for oily skin and layering. It has deep sea water which is mineral rich with snow mushroom and marine complex all of which work together to maintain moisture levels and strengthen skin barrier. It absorbs into skin very quickly and doesn’t leave a trace. Overall, a very good and basic hydrating serum that can be used by almost anyone.

Having oily acne prone skin most of my life, I’ve always been using stripping/ harsh cleansers thinking they’re going to reduce my acne. Little did I ever imagine that I would one day love a moisturizing milky cleanser. 

From the first time that I used this Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser, I knew my life has changed 😆 I loved it so much that I immediately replaced my cleanser in the bathroom with this! It’s such a dreamy texture I can’t explain. The soft milky texture almost seems like an ampoule or a lotion. It does not have any scent and it doesn’t even form any foam or lather. 

It’s really gentle on skin and eyes, removed most dirt, lightweight makeup and sunscreen without stripping skin of any oils. It leaves skin feeling soft and moisturized. I usually run to apply my toner and cream after cleansing because my skin starts drying and tightening soon after. But that’s not the case after using this..I can comfortably go through the entire day without using any extra moisturizer. That blew my mind! If I could suggest one cleanser for my dry / dehydrated / sensitive skin friends, it would be this! Milky cleansers are where it’s at. Trust me, you will love it 💕
