What is the best one for beginners I've combo skin with hyper pigmentation

Hi all ive recently found a few essences that I've not used I've started using them. They are great my question is how many times a week should I use them same with ampoule.

The potions was one of the lucky winners for the potions trio. But im unsure how too use them properly? And in too my normal routine. Any tips?

Redness relief

So for years I've had red patchy skin I was told it's due to medication I take or maybe lupus as its inheritedcondition but I'm awaiting tests. My question what's the best routine/products to help with redness as I hate it so much and want to help myself. Ps I have sort medical advice but it got me no where.

Vitamin c help

Recently i started using the garnier Vitamin c I went for a low one on purpose but is if worth it?how has it helped you and how can it help me? and how many day's a week should I use it? I'm trying to get good skin less redness.
