I've heard that Azelaic Acid really helps with redness for people who have rosacea. You can buy products with Azelaic Acid OTC, or get a prescription for it.

Generally Azelaic Acid is quite tolerable, so you can use it with other acids in the same routine. Just patch test and start slow, it is an acid afterall.

Azelaic acid is a nice (active) do deal with redness and is precibed to people with rosacea all the time, I’ll link some good ones. Calming ingredients that help with redness and inflammation like centella, propolis, mugwort, ect could also really help
