I also use acwell, but i didnt use the cotton pads to apply it. Bc cotton pads gave an exfoliation effect and strip ma skin
I apply it with ma hand and layer it out when it absorb several times for hydrating
So far its good for my dry skin

I use mine with cotton pads. I think that is what is giving it that exfoliating effect.

Hey you posted about your skin not caring ? I feel like this could be the reason since you are stripping your skin of every natural oil and a three step cleanse routine is definitely too harsh
