Does anyone recommend any types of lotions or creams? Products that help with psoriasis, it gets pretty bad around my eyes sometimes

There's an E45 cream that it's specifically for psoriasis. My partner has used it, and liked it but unfortunately was only helping with the hydration, and itchiness so he had to go to the doctor's to get a prescription.
