Will brands send pr to indian creators.

It's not your nationality; it's where you live. There are different product regulations in every country (eg. products that get sent to Europe can't be sold in the USA, and vice versa; I'm not talking about every single product but I know there are restrictions). Also taxes, and customs don't have an international way of dealing things. So the brands decide the country or region with the less fuss. Are you in India, indeed?
