Yea I m using sleeping mask too but I only use it max 2 times a week. As u said, applying it everyday may increase ur skin burden instead of reducing it so itโs unnecessary to apply it everyday ๐๐

I use a sleeping mask once a week and this one is really light and leaves your skin so soft! I do my normal skincare routine hour before sleeping, and I put the mask like 10 mjns before I go to sleep because this one actually makes me fall asleep faster, due to scent ๐ค
