Try konjac sponges, my skin is prone to redness so I can't exfoliate as much. I use one from Purito or you can try oil cleansing nightly, that personally worked out for me :)

you can try using softer tools and products like exfoliating sponges and brushes rather than those harder surfaces scrubs. Also, u can try out those gel exfoliators from some brands like Avene or Japanese Cure. (though Avene's gentle exfoliating gel has fragrance so beware). hope this helps ^^

i would try a pha is a gentle chemical exfoliatior. there are also gentle rice powder exfoliates. both are good options you can also get a little silicone cleaning pad. theyโre on amazon for like a dollar those are good to use with a gentle cleanser.

Have you tried mandelic acid? Supposed to be gentle for sensitive skin.
