You Can try vitamin C, Alpha arbutin, those are classic or Tranexamic or Azelaic acid. I've Been using Azelaic acid and think it works very Well! The Skinoren Cream contains I think 20% Azelaic acid and is Also just prescription but other options are good sa Well, affordable and accessible! 🥰

Niacinamide, Alpha arbutin are good to remove dark pimples, but Vit C, and tranexamic acid are faster, or you can use retinol🤍
