I just finished exercising then washed my hair, and brushed my teeth. Now I've put on my skincare and am ready to go to bed. but i always sleep above 12 o'clock at night. does that include staying up late? If so, I stay up late every day. Skincare is important, but not staying up late also greatly affects the condition of your skin. Food also affects the condition of the skin, especially stress.
