Oily/Sensitive Skin Routine, I need help!!

Hi! I’m new to the skincare world and I’m looking for the best, easygoing and cheap routine for my skin! I’ve struggled with acne last year and now my skin has some scars and sometimes breaks out. My pores are pretty large and I have a lot of sebaceous filaments, mostly on my nose. I sometimes experience dryness and redness too. Does someone have products to suggest? I would appreciate any recommendations!! Thank you in advance. Also I read about these two products and they seem interesting for my skin type, would I be able to use them both at the same time? I’m not really good at understanding ingredients yet.
