I have the exact same thing (only since wearing a mask and since I stopped using BHA). From what Iโve heard, it could be fungal acne or closed comedones? but Iโm really not sure, Iโm trying to tackle it myself:(

it's mostly along your cheeks and jaw line so probably hormonal acne. i've been using differin for my hormonal acne and it's super effective!

i think its a yeast acne. better to consult to your dermatologist
