Skin concerns & medicinal products..

So I regularly suffer from headaches and don’t like to take loads of paracetamol etc, therefore I use the 4head balm stick (almost every evening!).. just wondering if these things damage your skin in any way seeing as I use it so regularly? I only use it on my forehead and brow area but over time could the menthol or other ingredients have an impact such as drying out?
