Dry wash or Wet wash ? Cream on wet skin or dry ?

Question

That has always been a question of mine.

So for me , it's always been a dry wash for me. I felt it would penatrate more . But I do my proactive on wet skin. Wishy-washy.  No pun intended HAHA

I always do things backwards 
As for wet cream or dry ?
 I've always got out of the shower and did a dry cream. I felt the water would lessen the degree of the product.  
Again I'm a do things backwards kinda gal .
I take skin regime so serious.

Anyone else have some backwards advice ?Whatever works for the individual.

I do dry wash when I'm too lazy to damp my face but I actually enjoy wet wash. 
I agree with you on the moisturizer part! I dont like putting my moisturizer on damp skin it felt more like wet wash because my cleanser has a similar texture to my moisturizer. 
I actually dont enjoy putting serums/toners on my damp skin. A lot enjoy these but I think it's just weird because it doesnt feel like my skin absorbs it.

In my PM routine, my 1st cleanse is on dry skin…2ns cleanse on wet skin

Always apply moisturizer to damp skin (not wet skin) to lock in hydration of damp skin (damp skin is when you pat wet skin with a towel)
