silk pillowcases: yay or nay?

About a month ago I switched my pillowcases to silk ones and I haven’t really seen any benefits to my skin or hair yet. Has anyone here switched to silk pillowcases, and if so, how long did it take to see benefits and what were they? Thanks!!❤️

YAY💯💯💯 REALLY HELPED WITH MY ACNE SWEAR. and changing your pillowcases and sheets 1-2 times a week is a gamechanger!

a big YAY for me! Silk or, less expensive, satin are amazing. i personally immediately saw the benefits when i first started to use them. My skin was very smooth in the next morning and my curly hair became less messy/frizzy, so i can maintain nice curls for a longer time than before.
