HOW TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW pt. 1

So i wanted to make a small guide on how to write a good review because a lot of us arent native English speakers (including me) and struggle it. So the term "good review" is always subjective! But I added a few guide questions that I think is important in a review. FIRST RULE: ACTUALLY TEST IT AND BE HONEST! No one is going to kill you if you dislike a product! I N T R O So what I always learned in school is to start with a introduction sentence what I like to do is write if it works for me or not. Something like "Didn't work for me.." So the user knows in which direction it goes. W H A T ? So in Picky you dont need but for IG and other plattforms Which product are you reviewing? What is it? C L A I M S What is the product supposed to do? What are the benefits using this product? (HIGHLIGHTS) Is there something you want to highlight? Picky has a good feature so you don't need to do it but I always want to add like key ingredients or when the product is cruel free, vegan what ever... I N G R E D I E N T S Not here on picky but I always add a picture of the ingredient list. W H O? Who can use this product? for which skin types is the product? Is it pregnancy safe? Non comedogenic? W H E N? Can you use in the AM & PM? Can you use it everyday? T E X T U R E How is the texture like? Does it spread easily? Does it absorbs fast? S C E N T What does it smell like? C O L O U R Which color has the product? P A C K A G I N G How is the packaging of this product? What type of application has it? P R I C E & A V A I L A B I L I T Y Is it for YOU affordable? If not, elaborate why, why not? Where can you buy this product? Is it limited to a country? (Local products) Maybe information about shipping & site that sells this U S A G E •How did YOU use it? •Did you use it everyday? •Did you used an applicant? Cotton pads? •How many of the product have you use? eg. I only use on pump every night •How many uses you get out of this product? •How long did it last? E X P E R I E N C E •Please mention your skin type if not mentioned somewhere earlier! •How was your skin condition when you began to use it? Compromised? Damaged? Good? •When did you use it? eg after treatment? before serums? •What was the finishing of this product? Was it matt, oily? leaves a grease? • How long did you use it? • How was your skin condition after? • How long did it took to see any results? • Any tips you want to provide? P R O • a quick overview what you liked about the product • eg. consistency, • highlights from your experience, • the brand itselfs C O N • what you didnt like • eg. availability, price • certain ingredients F I N A L C O N C L U S I O N What I do is "repeating" my first sentence and draw a conclusion. So you're going back to the beginning and have a "cirle" review. "As mentioned at the beginning this product didnt work for me because ..." . That what my teacher always preach to have so idk Dont forget to add some pictures and you're good to go! I hope this could helped you a little bit! I know this is not everything! A lot of things are missing! It's just a guide that you can go over when writing a review. I also dont answer all questions. (Pls dont come at my current reviews..
