🤚Do you often exfoliate your body? Salt or sugar?

Sometimes I feel too lazy to do it, around 2 or maximum 3 times in a month. Salt granules work harder than sugar. If you want gentle, choose sugar scrubs. And sugar scrubs doesn't give sting feeling like salt did. But I ever study that salt scrubs have detoxing benefit also. What about you? How often do you exfoliate your body? Salt or sugar team?
